Our delivery times vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On average, you can expect your rug to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Rest assured that your rug will be packaged securely to protect it during transit. We take great care in ensuring that your purchase arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left our warehouse.

Return

While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you wish to return your rug, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have obtained the return authorization number, simply package the rug securely and ship it back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Upon receiving the returned rug, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that custom-made rugs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. If you believe your custom-made rug falls under these circumstances, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
